"sigh", the good old days, Part 2

My contribution to what use to be. Should have been happy with the status quo.

Is that a bubble coral second from the left?? Wow.

Those "striped" bubbles began showing up in the Vancouver market about 6 months ago. Before that, I had only seen solid whites and greens; although, Big Al's Coquitlam had a "ultra-rare blue" bubble for sale in the summer of 2003 which I missed out on. It had a slight blue tint (maybe a trick of lighting)

Anyway, it was a very nice looking tank Flatlander.

I guess the lesson seems to be to get it right & STOP! But it's Sooooooooo hard to STOP tinkering. I have to admit I'm always adding, removing & otherwise tinkering with my tanks & corals to get that final touch just right.

Thanks for posting these pictures old-timers

I remember it now ... It's just everytime I see that picture, I think, "wow that's big."

Doug what's up with the new tank? Heard you might be getting rid of it. Are you fiddiling again?

Doug 01-17-2005 10:40 PM

Already sold everything I own, except some livestock. Not sure what direction I,m heading in now.

Like I said above. Should have left well enough alone.
