Innovative Marine NUVO Fusion 20 Pro
Well here I go again. After a couple year break getting back in the hobby. As the title states I am going to be getting an IM fusion 20. Its going to be a slow build but I will be documenting it here.
The one piece of equipment I am still up in the air on is an ATO. I want something I don't have to worry about malfunctioning and flooding my tank. Anyone have any ideas? Or is it still just the Tunze 3155? |
Duetto dual -sensor ato works prefect for me. Very small footprint

Well its going to be a few weeks for a tank to show up, if I am lucky, so I thought I would throw some questions out and see if I could pick the brains of those who still come on here.
I will mostly be keeping SPS in the system and don't really want to start dosing if I don't have too. Is there a particular brand of salt that will help keep my levels with just water changes? either weekly or bi-weekly? Thanks for any help. |

Well made a trip to J&L and picked up a few things.

Well I got my stand and started to put it together.
https://i.imgur.com/18Eg24j.jpg Thought I needed to add some reinforcement so added some back support and front support. https://i.imgur.com/0mXN1PI.jpg I also screwed the shelf in the sides and back to help prevent any movement. Started throwing all my stuff together. Still waiting on some stuff. https://i.imgur.com/8bRwudE.jpg |
Well I have made a little progress since I last posted.
I managed to get the tank leak tested. https://i.imgur.com/GmdSXJUl.jpg Did some rock work. https://i.imgur.com/EmDWdjZl.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/9I52m3fl.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/DVWTrQQl.jpg Got my ro/di hooked up. https://i.imgur.com/LImS1swl.jpg Even managed to get the tank filled up. https://i.imgur.com/daD0SLtl.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/kgTASyjl.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/oHWjCj6l.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/qBJWuPRl.jpg In my spare time I managed to get all the wires sorted out. https://i.imgur.com/Ldb3z9jl.jpg I got my salinity set at 1.025. Just waiting on my cycle to finish up and then the interesting stuff gets to go in. |
