Aqua-safe order

I'm grabbing a ro/di unit from aqua-safe from here. Since I'm already going to order some other stuff for someone else, anyone else want in on this to save on shipping?

Hey Rich,

I'm using a couple of AquaSafe units right now (I use one myself and I hooked on up for my parents). So if you need help hooking the thing up, let me know.

I'm down for a box of DI cartriges. Can you get them for me and I'll pay you back when they get here?

do they have a non-e-bay website?

Just so you all know, if you want me to order this stuff for you, I will use the "buy it now" option.... rather than duke it out with other people to save a couple of bucks.

Stan - A little while ago I recall seeing the option to swap out the needle piercing valve for a hose or facuet adapter. I already contacted aqua-safe about it, and I'll tell you the results.

Please contact (either phone, pm, or a message here) me with exactly what you want. I will most likely place this order by the end of next week.

This is what I have so far:

Harvey - 1 box of DI cartridges
Stan - 1 ro/di unit (?)

Don't forget to get a TDS meter so you can see when it's time for filter changes and when the membrane is pooched.

pm sent...

Harvey, which one do you have? The price difference on most of his units aren't that much, which is the best one? What does that little extra tank do again?

I have the 100GPD "Home" use one which comes with the 2.8G (or something like that) resevoir as well as the faucet. Which one you get really depends on what you want to use it for. I got the home one because I also drink that water. If you only want it for your Reef, then get the one that doesn't include the storage water tank. It will take up much less room under your sink. The R/O storage tanks is about the same size as a propane tank.
