Jetsgo

I thought I would share my disatifaction with jets go. I got ticket for christmas to go and see my GF in london I booked off two and halfs days of work and one day from my part time job. I have not see her for two months so I pick the cheapest flight I can and pick an after noon flight to go there and an evning flight to come back. well they cancle the return flight. it was on sail for $20.04 as a christmas special. so I call to see if they can help me well I was on hold for like 1.5 hours and get brushed right off. I say that i need to fly pack in the eavnig so I asked to be booked on another airline but they said they cant. they offered me a full refund of 20.04 well I cant buy a a new ticket with that. so I had to take a nother half a day off. so I loose like $264 in pay to save $30 on a plane ticket. I think I will never fly with them again.

An interesting problem - on one hand, you can't expect a full-value refund on an item that you purchased at a discount rate, on the other hand, you got stuck spending more than you expected to. I would expect the cancellation was due to an "act of God" though, something the airline likely has provision for in the fine print.

Not bothering with proper grammar and spelling seems almost "en vogue" on Canreef these days.

I have given up trying to read some people's posts. I just look at the name, and move on.
