Group Zoo Order

Am going to order a few zoos from reefcraft soon. Here is a recent thread with pics of available zoos:

Here are pics of their new sps corals:

Other corals:

Is anyone else interested in getting any corals from them for a group order to reduce shipping costs?

I don't want to dampen your enthusiasm, but please don't be fooled by closeup photos. Ask Lee about that  .
Closeups and lighting really seem to fool people. I am almost ready to have people come to my house to look at stuff before they buy it.
(I am going to post some pictures if they work under my new lights) If they work you will all want to come in a group to buy them. )

But back to the pictures at Reef Raf. As a for instance I have lots of #409, but they don't sell because they don't look as good in real life. I have #416, and you can have all you want (Lee has one). I have #410 and again all you want. I have #419. I had #421, which I got from Quinn, but they suddenly died.
As I say you can order, but be prepared to be disappointed.

I think Beth has tried dealing with ReefRaft on 3 occasions without success. They seem to have nice stuff, but if you aren't local, it never seems like you can get what you want. I would like to get 1 or 2 SPS colonies, but we'll see what they actually have available when the time comes.

Good points you make, boB  I think it would be prudent to describe the lighting you have on your zoos so people can achieve similar results.

I just recall that when I received my $200.00 order from Canadian Reef I was terribly disappointed. You have to remember that macro photographs are totally correct .IF YOU COULD GET WITHIN 1CM OF YOUR SUBJECT. As to lighting I use a mixture of 10000K and 460nm actinic. If you want fantastic vibrant colour you should use 100% 460nm actinic lighting. Not just blue, but 460nm actinic. I will try to get some pics under straight actinic later.
