is Big Al's good with returns?
 

I got a maxi-jet 1200 from Big Al's in june or july. I didn't even have water in my tank at the time so it had never been used until last month when I got LR. It's only run for a total of 3 hours (if that) and it's broken. I thought I kept the recipt but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone have any experience with Big Al's? Do you think they'll take it back? It's such a long drive out there for me, I don't want to go there and have them not take it back.

I've found that the people at Big Al's are totally inept at customer service... Ahem. Sorry, That was rude. Let us know how it turned out, and good luck. I hope they can help at least one person out. (tastes soooo bitter....) :confused:

I know from experience without a receipt they will only give store credit
