Shaw e-mail account issues
 

For those who may be having issues with their shaw email account

4 days ago my shaw email stopped working and every time I tried to log in it was telling me my password was invalid and no matter what I did it would not work
Deleted account, added account, removed and added various features nothing worked

Tonight I finally found a post on Shaw forums that shaw recently updated their software and any account with what the software detected as a weak password the account was frozen immediately with no warning no help and no nothing

Took 15 minutes on live chat to fix everything up tonight the tech reset my password and updated my account

This is something I expect from Rogers and Telus but this is a first for me from shaw

they recently (March 6) killed off their free webspace (i.e. hosting ones website) which had be offered for the last 20 years too.
