Hello, So I cant get ahold of anyone at the store number, So I decided to try on here. I bought an ro unit from you last week, and it just showed up this morning, I opened it up and to my dismay, The "water in" line for the ro membrane is broken, the adapter snapped right off. Ill keep trying to get ahold of the store, But if someone sees this before I get ahold of the store, Please pm me.
