Custom acrylic?

Does anyone do, or is willing to do custom acrylic work? I'd even be willing to help as I would love to learn how to do it.

Looking to make a set of legs for holding my new light.

Are drawings or a sketch on a napkin available?

Does it have to be acrylic? Will polycarbonate work?
