will my snowflake moray eat my snails ?
some people say yes others no ,is there anyone who has or is keeping snails with there moray, ive tried a hermit but its been MIA for a week.

I keep snails and hermits with my snowflake. I have never seen him go after any of them before, but , that doesn't mean he doesn't when I am not looking.
I haven't noticed that I have any fewer snails or hermits either. I think he would be less likely to go after them if you keep him well fed. The only living things I have ever seen mine go after are my fingers. On that note from personal experience I can tell you that small Snow flakes do not have much in the way of teeth (unlike Undulated morays  ). |
Thanks i cant keep him underfed infact i have to go to alot of trouble to keep most of the food away from him,i did read that there slow growers but he seems to have put on a few inches in asmany months.

Snowflakes' main food source are crustaceans... I would expect if it can get at the hermit crab, it will eat it.

cant say i regret that one nice of a friend to give it to me but the "reef safe" little bugger was eating my colt

That's why you do your research...
