Fish-street order problems

I tried to order a media reactor twice within the last week from Fish street and they declined my order both times without any explanation. Anybody else with a similar experience?

never-always good service and fast shipping.were you ordering from uk/us or china wearhouse?also if there is no price on the item it means they are out of stock
