why is my anemone shrimp destorying my BTA?

ever since I added an anemone shrimp I have been noticing cut off tentacles of my RBTA lying on the sand bed every few days.

I suspect the shrimp is doing the damages as he is hosting in that RBTA.
I thought they are supposed to be symbiotic, but why would the shrimp cut off the tentacles?

should I remove the shrimp? or is this a natural process?

thanks

I used to have an anemone shrimp hosting one of my BTA clones. It hogged all of the food and stressed out the anemone so much that it stopped opening. Eventually my lion fish ate the shrimp, now the anemone opens and eats and seems to be much healthier. My anemone was very small, I think anemone shrimp should only host large anemones that can support them. Just my opinion.
