Are they used or new? Can't really tell from pictures. Wondering if they are reef safe (Copper & Meds.) If they are reef safe, I'll take a few!

Really? The second pic linked shows they are clearly used. Good question though about if they've been medicated in the past with Copper.

I can only tell that they are dirty, but I can't really tell if they were actually used, and what they were used for. I was simply trying to not make any assumptions.
