Cockatiel passed away...
 

Just found out my cockatiel had to be put down this morning... lost the use of his legs. He was almost 20.

Rest in peace buddy.

If we are talking about dates. My parents Cockatiel is now 25 years old :eek:

We have been waiting for Rufus to croak for 6 years now but every day he is still around :lol:

That's impressive and worth reporting on the 'tiel forums. Apparently one guy has one that is 31 but that's extremely rare.

Sorry for your loss quinn. I know i would hate to see my cockateil go. He rides my shoulder from the time i get home till the time i goto bed. They are a great company.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your cockatiel. Sounds to me like he was a pretty good friend.
