Anyone have some black egg crate kicking around?

I wonder if you can use black dye to color the white stuff. That's how black nylon bolts get black...

I also hear that many fabricators paint clear acrylic sheet due to the much higher cost of colored acrylic. Not sure what paint is used though.

I looked for some myself and ended up buying a piece off of doug at bow valley aquariums here in town.
