12 gallon frag tank lighting question

Setting up a little frag tank. Got a 2 built t5 fixture to put over top but wondering if I should be using led? Looking to grow zoas, softies shrooms. Let me know your input thanks

The T5 is likely fine for what you're doing. Save money, add more frags.
