Its a complete setup with led lights and skimmer. everything needed to setup and run right away. preferred to sell as a complete setup, I would only break it down if theres no interest after a month. forum etiquette, you need to state a price not ask people to pm offers. Makes it much easier for people who are looking at multiple FS offers. I actual think its stated in the forum rules someplace. All online sale sites do it this way (ebay, amazon, etc.) Could you imagine if everyone asked to pm offers, nothing would ever get sold.
