Are you trying to add an Avatar pic? The pic in your profile is there, but maybe you want a pic in each post??

Your "profile picture" does not appear in any of your (or anyone else's) posts. It only appears in your profile. If you mean the picture that shows up by people's names in their posts, that's called the avatar picture and it's a different setting/pic that you have to upload.
