ID Please??..... SLUG?

Was looking in my tank today and saw this guy shooting out puffs of sand. Can anyone tell me what it is. I'm thinking it's some kind of slug?

Is it good or bad?

it doesnt really look like it has a shell, looks more like a baby sea hare to me, they are harmless algae eaters :)

When he moves around it dose look like some sort of soft she'll on his back. As long as he is OK for the tank. I will google it more when I get home.
