I have a Nano Prefilter Lifereef Overflow Box and the Silencer. The inner box is black.

It is 400 gph which was good enough for my 60 gallon tank. In other words it will flow whatever gph you give it up to its maximum rate.

Outer box: 5" x 3 1/8" x 9" high
Inner box: 3 3/4" x 2 1/4" x 6 1/2"
Output connection 3/4" male thread with hosebarb connector included

On their website it says it works for biocube.

From the measurements it should work for RSM with modifications.
