Hi i am look for a pepper mint shrimp to eat some of the aphasia i have on my clam please PM me with details.

mark the aptaisia spot, take the clam out with a blade cut the whole infected area better than take a chance with a peppermint shrimp.

Why not just take the clam out and use a toothpick to pick the aptasia off then put back in tank! Easy! That's what I do... They peel right off easily nothing left behind

I guess i could do that but i was worried it would've harmed the clam. I will try that tonight. I do still want a peppermint shrimp though.

Less harm than using a blade I would think... I'm assuming the aptasia is on the outer clams shell no harm if u poke it as its hard as skeleton
