What are these?

Hi,
I'm kinda new here, I bought a used tank in December and have been reading a lot here on canreef!

I've got some little white things starting to show up everywhere, they're just under 1 cm long. What are they?

Pretty hard to tell from your pic, Kinda looks like a sponge though

Sponge. Good for the tank. Natural filtration.
