Wanted FLUIDIZED BED FILTER
if you have one for sale or trade pm me thanks, vancouver only please and a model for a 85g + tank.
I had two of them once, but since I am not in the sewage sucking business, they soon found their way into the garbage can
only guessing but your saying that you were not very impressed by them ?
I had one too, but it is now reborn as a Kalk reactor. Much better application for it. I understand now that they are not a very good filter and generally end up just becoming nitrate factories. Live rock is a much better way to get biological filtration.
true but a fillling a 85g with lr is to expensive for me,i can handle the high nitrates with water changes, the sand filter seemed to be the best around for a fish only tank with the cost even new being quite low.
