should i feed this tank
 

my tank is 33 gal.it has about 30 lbs lr a 2 inch live sand bed.my critters are one domino damsel,one peppermint shrimp,one emerald crab.I also have a colonie of button polyps about 40 0r so one condy anemone about 6 green star polyps and a small bunch anthelia.I have 1 30 watt no flourescent and one 55 copact for lighting.My question is wiil my polyps and anthelia get enough nourishment from water changes and scraps of mysis or should i be feeding them something else?

P.s. i choose these critters because from what ive read and heard they will all live under this limited lighting.
