How solid are C.C. live arrive policies?

For anyone who has received merchandise via Canada Corals, have you had any issues with receiving livestock alive or any issues with DOA claims if not alive?

I had an issue with stupid UPS not shipping overnight when it was clearly marked. CC was fantastic to deal with and reshipped the product. Real good customer service.
