MicroBacter7 measuring cap !!!
 

Well I decided to try mb7 , so I'm on the first 2 week dosing , 1 week in . I was wondering why the 2l jug was 3/4 full already, when I had calculated it should last a few months . That's when I clued in - the cap on the 2l jug is Not a 5ml measure , it's more like 15ml (with a quick vial test).
So be careful & double check your measurements !!! I used up way more than needed .
By the way , I have seen an improvement so far - hope it keeps going .

Yes, it is the 500 ml bottle that has the small 5 ml cap. Well, it is not a bad thing to dose heavy at the start.... But you can for sure cut back now. It takes about 2 weeks for the bacteria to establish itself and then it is just a matter of maintaining with small doses.
