Anyone got a tank in there bedroom and like the moonlights on ?

That is a very interesting read ...now I know why I have problems sleeping as i spend lots of time working in my aquarium room lit with only blue spectrum LEDs most of the time ...and most of my house lighting is LEDs high kelvin white...HMm time for a little change..

My Tank is in my bedroom and me and my gf have not been sleeping the best so going to try turning the moonlights off, Thanks!!

Yah mine turn off at 10 before bedski all this week. 95% sleep improvement !

Red light is the only spectrum of light that doesn't dilate the eyes and cause the melatonin effect your talking about
