how do you tell the differance between male and female maroons?
i may be interested in turning my single into a pair :)

They are female when they are larger, and darker. Usually when a mature clownfish is kept on its own, it becomes female in a short time. The males don't have as prominent stripes, and the body is smaller /oranger
