Inland DFS 100

I hear you may carry the DFS 100 Saw. Are you able to provide details?

I have both saws on hand and use DB100 as my main fraging tool, you are more than welcome to come by and test out some of your colonies

Why is that? Is the dfs not as good?

Thanks Eli,

I will do that. Still waiting on a response from Reef Wholesale as Inland said they were a Canadian supplier.

Sorry we haven't been on the forums the last couple days with a bunch of orders landing and some big expansions.
We are a distributor of Inland for their saws.
I noticed you are located in Calgary, we have a few dealers there who could get you a saw.
Please send me a message via email at tparsons@reefwholesale.com so that I can answer any questions you may have.

As I said I have both and from what I see as difference is that DFS has plastic screws to hold the door and the plate in place compared to the DB uses either galvanized screws or aluminum as I have been using it for over a year with no issues...
Did the same modifications for both saws...
Both motors are the same power, speed and make.
drip tray and the springs are the same.
Air exchange for both motors same.
sizes and blade used same.
replacement parts same.
Warranty DB I believe is 2yrs as long as you don't use it in saltwater (by manufacturer)
Warranty DFS 90 days used for coral fraging.

However, I hear they recently came out with some improvements on the DFS 100. When did you get your saw. But yeah I hear the same on reefcentral. You only get one blade instead of two, less warranty but it's "made" for saltwater use. Technically you don't get a warranty at all if you use the DB 100 with saltwater. And of course the price on the DFS 100 is more.

We use the Inland DFS 100 in house for all of our fragging needs.
