Is this cooked as in boiled with water or left in the dark.

as in : 78F, Salt water 1025 ,powerhead, heater, no light over 6 months.

Nope these are beautiful, healthy pieces that are in his main display tank full of healthy corals. If you keep them wet during transport, the rocks should be fine for sticking straight into your own tank.
