Adding live rock
 

I have a well established 60 gallon. I got mad and decided to take a 5 pound piece of live rock out that had aiptasia. Can I buy a new cured live rock piece and put it into my established tank? Will it cause a mini-cycle?

You'll be fine. I just added 20 pounds of rock that sat on my deck for a week, all good :)
