Are you guys on track for opening in August?

Curious as well.. :smile:

Seen a post from Denny yesterday that said Sept 1.

Sorry, I did mean September in my first post. I shouldn't drink, and multi-task. It doesn't end well.

I'm seriously losing a lot of money while you guys are closed! I had to shop at a big box store for some supplies. :surprise:

Sept 1 is our latest but were trying for sooner:)

Out of two businesses to build we have one done and concept is about half way:)

Excited for you guys to see if you wanna come for a sneak peek pm me for address i will make it public closer to opening:)

I would come for a visit if SOMEONE would answer my text messages....................DENNY!!:razz::razz:

I have everything logged for a killer build thread will do it up near opening day, I have it all from start to finish:)

Are you going to be allowed to do a build thread for the store if you are no longer a vendor? :cry:

no just playing around with placement right now

you wouldn't believe how hard it is to figure out how to fit a 16 feet tank in place and still have room to fit the rest of the tanks we want in there lol

just remember that we will be buying stuff out of the OTHER tanks, and not the 16 footer :wink:

I know!!!! i am kicking myself in the azz right now:redface: stupid thing take up so much room, oh don't forget about the 10 footer reef display lol

both are not going to make a dime and both are draining my pockets bare:redface: at a alarming rate too:redface:

i really want a wow factor with these tanks but i may have to rethink about it once we have all the stand in place!

This is true, but a 16ft display tank will bring people in. The shark tank at Big Al's drew a crowd.

Yup. It certainly will bring me in. Can't wait to see that bad boy fired up :-) The 10 footer reef should be mind boggling too!

From the sounds of it I might have to put my street bike on the road and make the long trip out to your store....

at the very least i love the amount of pop being consumed during this build.

as for the 16 footer you could always partition it later on and use it for retailing coral or fish. but please don't i want to see this beast in action.

I have the whole store build on camera you'll be surprised how much work we've done we started. Setting up the qt room today, designing store layout and finishing odds amd ends, we start building store tanks Monday:)

So if you had a 16ft store display fowlr what would you guys add???

1 million damsels! Just to say you have 1 million fish!

I guess that's too small some tangs maybe? Probably one or two tangs? Maybe some sharks? They do need lesser space than tangs right? I may be wrong. How about some small fishes? You don't wanna overstock it or else you will run into nutrient issues. Go easy!

Lion fish, eels, pretty much any predator I could fit in there mostly because I love coral to much to ever go FOWLR, I enjoy seeing predator tanks and non reef safe fish.

Well we have a 10ft tank that we will do a reef with more than likely sps display, lots of frag tanks and dedicated colonies tanks. You know I'm gonna slip some zoos in there lol

I'm thinking butterfly's, schooling tangs , paired small fish.....oh man the list uis endless lol

OMG a 10 foot reef spa?!?! You guys are taking it to the next level! That reef spa will ROCK!!
