Jebao WP25 group buy

Well, i may as well kick this off right and say that i am setting up a group buy on the jebao wp25 pump if there are people interested. You will have the option of setting up a group in your area and having all shipped to one area(saving on shipping cost). Or you can have your pump shipped direct and still save on price of the pump).

We will be receiving these in about 4 weeks and need to confirm order size in the next couple weeks. So, anyone that pre orders will receive $25 off and if you choose to group your order you can save some shipping as well.

Pumps will arrive here first then ship out to you so there will be no extra fee at door. Payment can be made from everyone individually and just put a group or city name in notes(for group shipping please specify who will receive the shipment and when items are shipped anything above the cost of the case lot shipping rate will be refunded to the receiver to distribute to each involved in group).

Here is the link for the pump and don't forget to use code wp25canreef

Interested!

daplatapus 05-17-2013 01:40 PM

Argh, I'm interested too.

apexifd 05-17-2013 02:15 PM

when is the dead line of this offer?

msjboy 05-17-2013 03:35 PM

So it is around $90 - 25 = $65 or so... is there tax on top of this? What is approx shipping to the Vancouver area. Definitely interested, perhaps as a gvrd group buy, we will save a few more dollars. I noticed a lot of our american & UK forums are doing group buys at around $45 direct from Jebao though.

How does this attach to the aquarium?
Is it magnetic or does it use suction cups?

I think it mounts like korollia..

mikepclo 05-17-2013 05:13 PM

If it's same as WP40's its suction plus magnet.

I am also interested. Am in Langley.

Bblinks 05-17-2013 06:26 PM

What about the larger unit? I am willing to have it all ship to my place and distributed for the lower mainland group buy if it makes it easier for errbody.

nrosdal 05-17-2013 07:10 PM

haha

There is not much i can do about taxes.. they need to be there.

If there are lots in one location and someone is responsible enough to receive order and have everyone pick up from them. The shipping can be grouped and will save probably at least 5$ per unit from single shipping.

I have had an offer from a local reefer (Harry) to drop off orders from Vancouver area in a couple spots if you want to make some groups and not pay shipping he is willing to stop along HWY1 in Abbotsford/Langley for drop off to someone who can distribute. So if someone or a couple folks along this way want to volunteer to pick up then everyone in said area can just select the free shipping option and put the drop spot in the notes.

Other areas just pick someone to pick up order and select the cheapest shipping option and when the group delivery is made the difference in what has been paid in shipping will be sent to the receiver to give to each buyer with their pump.

if you have any questions or recommendations on how to make it smoother post them here or pm me. I am open to options.

Thanks

Larger unit will be available as well. i will post details here in the next day or so once i confirm a good price for them as well.

AquaticFinatic 05-17-2013 08:30 PM

Just going through check out and it's offering free shipping. Is this correct as you mentioned shipping earlier would save $5 on multiples? Thx.

Yes, it is the larger one that I would be interested in, too.

I am very interested in the bigger unit for a group buy. If anyone else in the Calgary area is looking for these units I should be able to accept delivery on the units. (the big ones--WP40)

So far you can just select the free shipping if in the vancouver area, because Harry has offered to drive the order down and drop off to save shipping for everyone down there.

Elsewhere if you select just the standard expedited but mark down yourself or someone in your city as the delivery acceptor we can ship all in the city together and i will refund any difference in shipping cost s mentioned above (i am not looking to make anything on shipping) or if you are ordering multiple units for yourself if i can save anything by shipping together it will be passed back along to you as well.

Hope this helps clarify.

Thanks

AquaticFinatic 05-17-2013 10:41 PM

Great. Thanks for all your troubles

nrosdal 05-18-2013 12:03 AM

WP40s are all set up now and use code (wp40canreef). If you are ordering one of each type of unit or multiples you can use either code and it will work out fine as they both will take $25 off per unit.

I'm setting my old 260 back up soon and am looking for pumps. I'm setting it up as a peninsula this time and its 6' long. Would 2 of the wp40s get the flow from one end to the other for a fowlr?

nrosdal 05-18-2013 02:16 AM

I would say 2 will be plenty. I have one wp40 on my 4ft 120g and i get major flow more then 2 feet back after it hits the opposite side glass and flows back(running it dialed down 1 notch above lowest setting). So i would imagine that a 6ft straight shot would get plenty(especially if it is a fowlr).

Hope this helps. If you are curious there are tons of youtube vids people have made on that size tank.

Thanks

daplatapus 05-18-2013 02:53 AM

Can you run more than one pump with the variable power supply or would I need one for each pump?

welcome back my friend lol

apexifd 05-18-2013 05:12 PM

this may sound stupid... power supply is included with each pump??

nrosdal 05-18-2013 06:16 PM

Just to clarify. The larger and smaller pumps for the group purchase are coming at same time(next month). If you are in a big hurry the wp40s are available now just at a price that is not as fun.

Thanks

Yes, the standard power supply comes with each pump. You only need an additional power supply with you want to tone pump down for smaller tanks.

There is someone driving all orders in that area down so as long as you are willing to pick up in one of the listed locations you can select the free shipping when ordering.
