Next frag swap in Victoria?
 

Does anyone In Victoria wanna have a frag swap? I can host at my place or if anyone else wants to volunteer they can!

Might be able to hold it here if there's more room. When were you thinking?

Let's see how much interest there is and we can plan from there. Need at least 10 people to make it worth Christy baking those chickpea brownies :)

Haha the less people who show the more for you! I may have a few things to bring depending on the day. The end of the month is typically a gong show for me.

Oh this is totally off topic, but I started tomato plants way to early.. My window is full of blooming 6" high plants.. Anyone want a few??

And i will have those two zoo med magnetic probe holders you gave me, back to you in a day or two, they are on their way over from van tonight with Wayne(J&L shopping). Thanks so much again for fronting those to me.


And i am totally in for a frag swap...... i soooooooooo need to empty my frag racks, sps and zoa frags. That's what im bringing. Im sure it will be on a sat or sun, so can it be a bit later on in the day....like afternoon sometime, as i work both those days till 4:30, i should be able to get off work a touch early to make it before people leave and the brownies are gone!!!

Some are Red Robin.. Those are actually setting tomatos.. Google em!

Never been to a frag swap but would like to come see how its done and maybe come home with a frag or two! I also have some frags I could bring just need some info like: Do we just bring them in containers? What do we do with them once we get there? I know these may be silly questions but like I said never been to a swap.

Karl, bags or containers are fine. Once there, we usually have a tank or tub of heater water to float things in to keep stable. Unless you're Dan, who brings his won tanks and water :)

Ok Count me in will watch for time and date:) Almost have stand complete for the new tank so I need to stock up!

Has a time been set yet? I might be able to whip down. I'd also be willing to car pool if anyone wants to share the ride from Nanaimo or something. I have a F350 superduty that seats 5 comfortably.

I think we're planning May 5th. Sunday works better for most people so far..

Probably 1 - 5 kinda thing, yes, my place.

Afraid I'm going to miss this one... I will be on the bottom of the ocean on the outside of the Haida Gwaii surveying abalone populations. Too bad, I have some really nice pieces ready to frag. I will try to get some pics up and might send some frags down with Daplatapus if people are interested. Looks like it's going to be a bad one to miss :(.
