notice for concept customers who purchased speedwave dc pumps in the last 30days
 
with the very recent price drops on the speedwave line of dc water pumps , concept aquatics has decided to refund the price difference to our customers who purchased the water pump from us in the last 30 days.

the refund is only applicable for store credit and proof of purchase must be brought in to the store or emailed to myself before the refund is applied to your account.

this is only for customers who purchased the pumps between february 22nd / 2013 to march 23rd / 2013

the refund is for store credit only.

in order to recieve the refund you must concept aquatics with your proof of purchase.

Thanks everyone, both myself and Dave think it isn't fair for those who purchased recently, concept just wants to make sure our customers are looked at with the same service we would expect if we were in your shoes :)

We realize this type of pump is prob going to see many changes as it adapts to our system uses, we appreciate our customers business in wanting to try new products and so we will back them anyway we can.

Concept is my "go to" place in Calgary. Most of my equipment is from there.

And if they don't have it in stock, I will wait.
