I'll say Monday for orders in , Tuesday for payments. Also instead of us puting together a master list Burk wants us to use the new website. There a spot to put group buy Edmonton and a emt option. But I'd still like for everyone to send me a list of what they orderd incase anything ever went wrong. Everyone that signs up to his new site gets 15% off there first order.

Frag a lot order received. Missing two frags (conveniently the most expensive ones) and got some lower end Zoa frag instead. This happened on a previous order as well. If frag a lot won't resolve my issue, this will be my last order! Plus a thorough thread of straight frag a lot bashing. I'm actually gonna have an Ontario friend look into it for as well. Make a physical stop there. I've have a theory about how he manages that company. Post pics of "stock". Then wen an order is placed, put in wit u actually have for stock, and for the pieces he doesn't actually physically possess, throws in some random piece, take ur money, and never reply to email or return calls After order is sent.

Why do you need to lie? Do you want me to post 2 emails I have sent you in 2 minutes after I have received your email? And phone call? If you did, you can call me again. I am right beside phone now.

I just told you Skittles with some orange eye palys. On the same frag disk. Did they open up yet? All polyps are open? When they do you will see them there.

And in the first email you have received from me in 2 minutes after you send me ONLY ONE EMAIL, I have said if you can take a quick pic of questionable frags. That's all I have asked. But you didn't even reply my 2 emails.

I am asking you again here, Please post the picture of the frags you have got.

Glad to see you on Burc ...I really see these bashing/threatening posts against you kind of cowardly and it's good to hear both sides.. HEY UP TOP Pass some of that popcorn lol...

I too have had missing frags in from past orders, but I will say that Burc has always been good about sending emails back in order to try and resolve issues.

Another thing I really appreciate is that often times the reason an item would be missing is that the frag was not healthy, and rather than shipping it sick, Burc offered to refund my money or place a healthy one on the next order. :biggrin:

I can only imagine how much of a logistical nightmare it must be to coordinate a huge group order, and work with Shipping and weather in a timely manner.

I would say 95% of the frags I recieved were as advertised.

I'm not takeing either side. All I know is most of the group orders I do range from $600 to $1300 (lots of frags) we get a few doa's and maybe a missing frag or two. Burk always replaces next order. I don't count people's frags I pick up the order at airport and meet up right away. And I take picturs of the packing, and my order to show people vi email or text. I don't do reviws on here because it's against site policy. And Burk phones me right away to resolve the issue.

On a positive, all frags from burc have remained alive and well, past and present orders! Even opening within an hr of acclimation for some!

Just recieved sps frags today. frags looked great. Good size and pest free. Packaged great all on styrofoam and heat pack.

Polyps out within minutes of being in DT
