Do we have to spend over $$ money to qualify for free shipping? and does BRS will send individual packages to each of our location?

no free shipping to canada, shipping is individual to each house. if you build and order you can check the shipping from the shopping cart. this is the price including duty/brokerage fees. there is a group buy faq somewhere on their site(sorry I don't have time to dig it up right now)

You get some good deals, but its not super even across the board. E.g. I think there is a bigger discount on plumbing parts and bulk supplies then there is on RO/DI systems etc. Its not typically a set value, e.g. 10%, its kind of more so on a per item basis. I really seems to depend on what you're ordering. I usually try to buy my RO/DI materials, plumbing, and bulk chemicals on group orders because thats where and when I find I save the most.
Before a group order everyone is just a regular BRS member and you get the advertised prices on the website, if you do a group order two things happen a) you get group order pricing which is usually under the retail price and b) you become a preferred memeber for life. After your group order is done and you're a Preferred Member you still get discounts that fall between the retail and the group order pricing. Make sense? |

Once the group buy has started you can tell. If I recall right the item the items that are buy 3 save _% are all on for a better price. You should get a discount on the ph monitor but probably not no the bulbs. I have the preferred price due to previous group buys. So i think I can tell by my discount what will be involved in the buy.

You should save 3-5% on the ph monitor by being in the group buy most products will be at better prices then usual some wont be due to manufactures restrictions or pricing controls ( ecotech, ai,). At all times you can get discounts by buying multiples on most items. If your part of a group buy you get the discount with out having to buy multiples. After being part of a group buy you are made a " preferred reefer" so you get a discount at all times it not as good as a group buy but more convenient. The nice thing is the group is large enough to join and if you don't like the deals you don't have to order anything.

I have submitted the list to BRS to start the group buy for Tuesday January 15th.
Everyone should receive an email from BRS on Tuesday indicating that the buy has started--once you receive that email you can start buying at the group buy preferred pricing--make sure you wait for the email first. I just notice this BRS is in the state, if we order stuff and ship to CAnada, do we have to a lot of customs and tax? I remember when I bought something $100 from the state and ship it to my house cost me $90 something for costume fee so I ended up paying $200

The tax and duty is all paid at the checkout no extra cost charged at door
