Sorry MR HASAN but unless you were in a Rockaberry cooler blur it ....what was i saying?

Reef_Geek 12-16-2012 12:52 AM

not much remain for me... maybe some comic books and hockey cards.

I moved around a whole lot. I've lived in Hong Kong, Halifax, Florida, Puerto Rico, Florida again, Hamilton, Toronto, and now Calgary. The thing about moving is... you go through your things and more often than not, wonder "why do I even have this?"

As I'm perusing through heavy metal magazines:lol:

scubadawg 12-16-2012 03:46 AM

Still have my professional camera gear, Hasselblads, old audiophile sound system, vinyl albums, old Rolex, Omega watch, plus more stuff.

mseepman 12-16-2012 03:53 AM

About 5000 comic books still in bags, my complete collection of transformers and the Lego I'm just now letting my kids have. Still have a pair of MC Hammer pants and some beer wolf t-shirts too.

ensquire 12-16-2012 04:48 AM

Couple hundred albums , mostly heavy metal..
converting them to digital though.

The Grizz 12-16-2012 05:34 AM

A few select vinyl albums, couple dozen cassette tapes from all 80 bands & a couple of those silk band banner, one KISS & one Judas Priest.

Bryan 12-16-2012 10:37 AM

Music from the 80's, can't let it go. Just don't see how the youngins today can get into today's music. It's all crap.

11purewater 12-16-2012 11:29 AM

Amen to that!

MMAX 12-16-2012 01:05 PM

I'd have to say my Intellivision video game. Once in a while I'll fire the old thing up and re-live my childhood. Just amazing how far these things have come over the years.

11purewater 12-16-2012 01:19 PM

I wonder how much a Pong game will fetch these days?

Come on. Lets be honest. The '80s was a huge down fall for music. From pop to hair bands. I listen to rock/grunge. And let's be real. If it wasn't for Alice in chains we would still be listening to power ballads done but hairspray Hero's in spandex. I don't think all 80s music was bad as I'm a fan of Phil Colin's Bon jovi and such.

Murminator 12-16-2012 03:50 PM

Been hanging onto the wife since '89....just too good to throw away

Reefer Rob 12-16-2012 04:00 PM

I was going to say wife too... but he said weird things. I'm just not looking for that much pain and suffering.

I still have my precious LP collection that I haven't played since the 80s.

scubadawg 12-16-2012 04:16 PM

Vinyl still sounds better than CD or mp3!!!

Proteus 12-16-2012 04:21 PM

While I know it's a origanal sound. But I like the static free sound of mp3

I just bought my 15 yr old daughter a vinyl record player that will record onto her iPod. Also has a cassette player. Looks retro as well. She loves all the old music including the 80's.

I went through a country phase in the early 90's, was a buckle bunny chasing cowboys. I held onto all my old wrangler jeans until I tried them on a few years ago and realized jeans that come up to ...well enough said. I got rid of them.

I do have my smurf collection from when I was a kid.

Reefer Rob 12-16-2012 05:11 PM

LOL, I had to look up Buckle Bunny. I see what you mean about the jeans.
