From the website:
Our signature Vice Zoas™ are a very rare and undescribed Zoanthus species originating in the Caribbean. That are exceptionally hardy so long as they are provided with adequate water flow. In low flow situations, the polyps will eventually not open properly. So long as they are positioned in a moderate flow (such that tentacles can be seen moving), Vice Zoas will grow quickly in the reef aquarium. Coloration is maximized by placing Vice Zoas under high light. Because of their appreciation for higher water flow and light, we have had great success growing Vice Zoas on the upper reaches of the aquarium glass and placed on PVC plumbing in the aquarium. They will quickly carpet these areas creating interesting aquascaping possibilities and utility.

Vice Zoas are so named because they create the tightest mat of any Zoanthus species. Polyps are tightly compact, creating beautiful polygonal colonies. Vice Zoas are blessed with color morphs not found in other Zoanthus species, such as the iconic Miami Vice (Blue with Pink oral discs), making them exceptionally collectible and valuable.

So that's one for Denny, one for Kien, and one for the rest of us to battle for...

The only saving grace that I have is that "your so far north" some might not make the trek.
