Tang feeding frenzy video
Well what would you expect it is New Era Aquaculture foods trusted by nearly every public aquarium known to man ;)

Those feeding disks are the best ... :)
|
That's exactly what it looks like in my tank as well, I have to put 2-3 disks in at once just to keep them all happy.
|
They are now brining out small discs for less waste if you have not so many species and also a tropical version
The great thing also with these is that they are not a gimmick, this food is the exact same as the logs made for the public aquariums that has been heavily scrutinised by multiple marine nutritionists to even be allowed in the aquariums, so you are feeding your fish some very beneficial food ;) |
And where do you get those disks?
|
in calgary -
Wais Concept aquariums pisces pet emporium |
Are the "uncut" logs available to the average consumer? A container doesn't last very long for me, I'd totally go for bulk buys of this if I could...
What is different about the tropical version? I would be interested in trying that as well for my FW.. any word yet on when those would become available? |
they are about 6" thick.
Yep the fresh water will be available on the next shipment ;) |

I have 1 tang in my fish tank, I think the tang and clownfish will be the only ones that eats it. Is it true that if they don't finish it you can take it out of the tank and reuse it for next time?
|
No, they will go off. I beleive smaller version are on the way (I think)
