Thanks, I had to take down my display take for a renovation so all my colonies are stuck in my frag tanks for the time being so I will need to keep them trimmed :)

can you ship to edmonton by air?

Air as in Westjet? I had a problem with Westjet in the past not notifying someone that the package arrives.

I normally ship UPS overnight by noon with great success.

Hi guys. Devin is back from vacation on Dec. 1st so lets make that the cutoff date. For anyone else thinking about joining in on the Vancouver order, please ensure payment is sent by then. The order will be received at my place, by the PNE (PM for exact address) early next week.. exact day is yet to be determined.

Hey guys,
Sorry to announce this but the frags did not make it to my place today. There was a problem with one of the planes which did not allow enough time to load the package onto the delivery truck this morning. I have called UPS a few times to see what options we have (I even asked about picking it up from their depot) and was promised a call back but it's been a couple of hours now and haven't heard anything... I'll try again in a bit but things look bleak at the moment..

It is funny, the average quality score of UPS out of 77 users is 1 (where 1 is poor and 30 is perfect).

So they have me running around Vancouver/Burnaby meeting drivers. To me it seems they don't actually know where the package is... on the bright side they are communicating with me now.. ...

The local depot isn't any more help than the regular client care number :(

Devin should file for shipping refund even if the corals survive by the time it is delivered.

Sorry to report that the box is still MIA. They have asked that the shipper contact their tracking department to file a claim. I'll send Devin a PM now as well.

on the phone with UPS they said they found the box but chances of SPS making this long is slim. Going to try to file a claim lets see what happens.

This will be the last time I ship with UPS.
