Email notification
I don't seem to get notifications of PM.
I've checked my settings and have that option checked, have made sure it is the correct email, etc. |

That has to do with when we migrated the servers to the new data center recently. Shaw uses Cisco's IronPort SenderBase to determine reputation of the sender's IP. At that point in time we had either no reputation or carried a poor reputation from the previous owner of the IP. We must have since improved as I can see we are listed as GOOD! http://www.senderbase.org/senderbase...31.76.194%2F27 I tried contacting Shaw from their web site but it appears I need to put in a BC phone number in order to submit a mail from the web form. If you don't mind, perhaps you can bring it up with them? Titus |
Titus, I am not on Shaw and my email is not coming through either. Hasn't for about a month now. What is the easiest way to check you all aren't being blocked!

I had this problem a while ago. Check your spam. My email was sending Canreef to the spam box

IMHO the easiest remedy for all the email problems is get a Gmail, hot mail, and ect account. They are free and very easy to set up.
