Hey All. I don't think it's been mentioned yet but Myka (Mindy) has had her first article published in the quarterly Reef Hobbyist magazine. Try to pick one up at your favorite LFS or read the article online.

Aw shucks, thanks for the really nice comments everyone. :o Thanks to Darryl for allowing me to use a photo of his gorgeous reef tank, and how he got the tangs to all line up for the pic. :D

Thanks Greg. I was writing that article when we were PMing back and forth, that's why I suddenly got slow to reply. Instead of copy and paste, you should get your hands on a copy of the magazine! It should be available in any LFS that order direct from Reed's Mariculture. I've been thinking about writing a full length hobbyist reef book, although there might not be room for another one in the market. I don't think there are any very new books out right now though, so maybe. Publishing is expensive though, and probably would never make my money back. :p

Great Article, I really enjoy your writing as it is in depth, but simple enough for us beginners to understand and put to use. Thanks for your contribution!

Congratulations Mindy. Read the article last night and not only was the writing outstanding, the information was valuable. Like others here, I thank you for your contributions to the forum (and now to Reef Hobbyist!)
