Notification failure
 

I use my phone for cruising Canreef. And have always had subrcibed threads notifications sent to email

Last week only private mesg have been going to email. I checked my profile and everything seems good.

Any ideas why subscribed threads are
Not being emailed

If you don't re-visit the threads you are subscribed to, you won't always get updated notifications

Notifications have stopped for me as well these last few days.

I never got either response. It's not a thing of not going back to the thread

Both Snaz and Titus99 have "instant email notification" enabled.

You don't have to revisit the threads you're subscribed to, just visiting canreef is enough to "reset" it so the next time there is a post you should be getting an email notification.

Have you guys checked to make sure canreef.com is on your "safe" list??

Hmm, well, goes to show what I know
I have missed notifications in the past. Not all, but some, and chalked it up to the tag line which reads;
There may also be other replies, but you will not receive any more notifications until you visit the forum again.

Yep that was it Christy. Gmail decided canreef was spam and moved it to said folder. White listed and all is well.

Yeah gmail sent Canreef to spam. I checked it as not spam so we will see if it's fixed

The "may be other replies" thing is just that canreef only sends a notification for the first reply to the post while you're away from Canreef. If it sent one for every reply it would just fill up your inbox which is annoying if its a busy thread :razz:

I just had the exact same thing happen to me LOL

Maybe Gmail all around just decided to put Canreef in the junk....well....that's my story and I'm sticking to it :wink:

Just checked mine, same thing. Also added a few other sites to junk as well.

My gmail is working just fine.
