Canreef Aquatics Bulletin Board - 36" LED/T5 Combo, Also 175 Watt MH for sale

Hi there,

I'm looking to go a different direction with my tank and lighting so I would like to sell my current light setup.

It's a 36" 4 bulb Tek T5 lamp in which I pulled the two center T5's out and replaced them with reefbrite LED strips and a fan for air circulation. 1 LED strip is an all white daylight strip the other is a 50/50 mix of white and blue LED's. Bulbs in the T5 are new as of 3 weeks ago - KZ superbloe and a FIJI purple. Also have a spare brand new Superblue bulb.

The - the daylight strip is ~ 1 month old - 50/50 LED is ~1.5 years old

Also attached to the fixture is a profilux moonlight bar - if you have a profilux controller it plugs into an L port and simulates the various phases of the moon... VERY cool

The T5 portion of the lamp is still intact, one only needs to put new reflectors back in down the middle and re-insert the plug and it could be a fully functioning 4 bulb T5 unit again

This unit is fine for growing LPS and softies all over the tank and easy SPS in the top 6".

Retail on the LED strips was ~260 each, Retail on the T5 is about $270 and the moonlight strip was $75 for a total of ~$865

For the whole unit I am asking $350, that includes the moonlight strip, all t5 bulbs + Spare

I will part out as far as taking BOTH reefbrite LED strips and selling them as a pair for $300

Also for sale I have a 175 watt MH reflector/e-ballast bulb combo

I am in Red Deer and come to Calgary on occasion so I would be willing to deliver the lights in Calgary if I had a deposit on them. If someone wanted the reefbrites or the MH combo by themselves I would be willing to ship them at the buyers expense.

Please note that these prices are very fair and firm... I need the cash to replace the fixture.
