We have a purple carpet anenome for sale it is aproximately 10 to 12" diameter, it is attached to a 5 lb + rock. Also two clowns that are hosting in it. asking 250.00 This carpet has done very well, we need more room as it is outgrowing its space. Pictures available on request.

This is a good deal for anyone with the room for it!

If only I had a BIGGER tank.............My Wife would leave me.............. and then I could spend all of my $$$ on the tank instead.

How long have you owned it?

We have had this anemone for almost a year...10 months at the very least.

I've seen this anemone just recently...it's a beautiful animal!
The picture just doesn't do it justice regarding the colors. It is very healthy, and definitely worth your consideration.
I know that it must hurt you two to even consider selling it... I wish that it gets a great home!

what size of tank is it in now? and what of a tank is best for it?

this carpet will grow huge up to 3ft in aquarium, and the best tank is a tank with no slow moving fish or fish that scare easily and can get bumped into it, but as with most carpets its only a matter of time before it eats a fish.


its an awesome price for a beautiful nem, not for novices though.these nems usually go for alot higher especially purple/blue so great price if i had a way to get it to calgary i would take it myself:)

This was my original carpet at a loonie size, I just got approval to get him back, consider him sold. :smile:

Theres a Redsea max 250 for sale for cheap that would be a great tank for this purple nem and your black clowns!
