My favourite Maxima Clams coming soon!!!!
 

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to share some pics of these gorgeous maximas our supplier in the South Pacific is holding for us. They are between 12cm and 16cm long. The shipment should arrive in 2 - 3 weeks once the CITES is ready. Clams will be available in Fine Reefkeeping Shops across Canada.

Clams are the best solution to nitrate in the reef as they absorb it.

Here's a video a friend of mine had done on his tank. At one point he had over 50 clams and no nitrate problems.

There is, just put two pieces of glass in between the angel and the clam :wink:

Yes I agree Christy, the two pieces of glass could even be the side of the DT and the side of the clam filter tank plumbed next to it. :D

Clams are way more fun than running bio pellets or dosing VSV. Think of all the money you could save in Vodka. LoL

So Tim, are these coming to the island at all? Just wondering which stores will be carrying them as I gaze lovingly at that photo you posted at the beginning of this thread :razz:

It's an assortment of 5" - 6.5". That's all I know. :)
