The savings will be around $50 USD

There is lots of information on quality and uses for this pump on the search engines. As for me I have tried many other companies in the past and to be truthful I was worried about this brand as for one thing the price is so low it scares me,giving me the thoughts of purchasing a piece of junk well then I got some deals from the manufacturer and gave them a try and I must say after few month of use I have nothing to complain about besides I like to have 5 pumps instead of 3:biggrin:.I am not trying to push a sale but simply facilitating a price point for everyone if you are in line for a dosing pump.

Its going into use this week end  just had to finish with my LED's first and get some containers of the chem's. Not to mention I have been doing some research on proper dosing :faint:

eli@fijireefrock.com 01-31-2012 09:58 PM

dosing is a little hard at 1st simply doing research, all calculations and some testing but ounce you get it right to you system's requirement then things start to move forward and the growth would be amazing. What I like the best is testing ounce every like 6 months.
Greg get cracking and set it up already  no kidding take your time and do it right...

Trocar61 01-31-2012 10:20 PM

SeaHorse_Fanatic 02-01-2012 12:34 AM

Can you please clarify:

Is 4.5 ml/min. the slowest it can drip? (ie. .075ml/sec x 60sec/min.)

The Grizz 02-01-2012 12:38 AM

Geebizz at that price I might just buy another one.

toxic111 02-01-2012 12:41 AM

at that price I think I will try one for the 120.

ashr 02-01-2012 12:45 AM

I am interested in this as well.

I have to say the price also scared me.. I didnt want anything cheap going on my tank in case it screwed the whole thing up lol

Are the parts easy to replace? how much would a new head/pump cost?

Well yes and no
yes this is the slowest you can drip per minute but you could set it to drip by the seconds as well.
so the slowest would be 0.075cc/sec X 1sec = 0.075cc
1cc = 1ml

Well I see you might jump aboard. To be honest I was scared at 1st to as I needed a doser for my system about a year ago and didn't want to dish out the high prices. But I love it now and figure I would share the news and give everyone a chance at a decent product.
As most of canreefers know I don't offer any product I don't believe in.
Sorry, yes the parts are very easy to change as I took my unit apart to see what the guts look like. The prices on parts are as its shown on their webpage as I am still trying to get better pricing in them.

Nasoblond 02-01-2012 01:34 AM
