Osx can't run the game. So I'm trying to get windows on my computer. But can't partition the drive because its too full. I freed up space but now need to defrag the drive

Make sure to leave additional space, MMOs can have really large patches quite frequently.

i have 6 gigs available :(

if its anything like wow thats not gonna be enough.

my world of warcraft folder sits at 33gb right now and I haven't played it since last xmas...

Petty sure it's a 20gig download alone

Can I use an external hd for the patches and add ons?

I wouldn't think so because u need to have the patches n whatnot in the same file

My partition is 32,gigs. With the game installed I have 6 gig left

swtor is using 20gb on my machine. Can you use a high speed interface like USB 3, firewire or thunderbolt to connect an external hard drive and run the whole game from there?

6 gigs might last ya a few patches at most there still patching like crazy

Whats everyone playing side? Server?

run out and grab a 1TB external HD for dirt cheap thanks to boxing day and install the whole thing on it?

SSD is the way to go... still a little pricey for HD space though.

Yeah games great a little laggy for me cuz I'm on an older laptop but only when in buildings

both of my kids play. they are addicted if it wasnt new years eve they would be on and not me on canreef.

Awesome game. Was on ruby rubat server with 24 level with sorceror. Just started on vornskyr server with with warrior going for juggernaut tank. Already at level7 in 3 hours of play. Much fastersecond time round knowing everywhere to go

Finally playing with boot camp on MacBook pro. Runs great. Level 5 right now

Ya it is a great game I'm a 27 Jedi sentinel on infinite empire I would recommend people try it out ;)

i hear that the person u make only works on a few servers and if u change to one that he wont play on u have to make a new character

Currently playing on Shadowlands server 16 jedi guardian.

Great game I love it too bad they didn't make it for Xbox I woulda liked it even better
