I can't speak for anyone else here but I can assure you that there is NO apology necessary. I loved it , I even bookmarked the site, it is a blast.

I think in this new age of Political Correctness, we are going a little overboard. Sure, I could see it as offensive if I were a Yeti, Sasquatch or Abominable Snow Man because the way it portrays them or even if I were a penguin but the "whooooo" seems to indicate that he/she is enjoying the game.

I have enough *expletive deleted* stuff to deal with in my life, thank you for giving me a few minutes of escape.

Offended who? I thought the warning was pretty clear. Anyone who would still click through and then be offended has only themselves to blame. You can't PLAN to be offended and then complain. That's like someone telling you not to touch a hot oven and then complaining when you touch it anyway and get burned.

BTW, I feel left out because my cheap computer kept hanging up when I tried to play. :rolleyes:

you dont have to apologies to know one dont sell your self out to no one by apologising . if people dont like it dont play it why should you have to second guess your self becouse of someone elses likes or view . speek your mind and be happy with your self becouse you should be living life for your self , not for me or any one else on this board eather .

You are all right..Bev does not need to apologize. But nobody has any given "right" to post offensive material or links to offensive material on this board. It was not and will not be tolerated. Period. If you think that restriction is too much, go to a different board. Anything depicting the slapping of women, or the other offensive material on that site is just out of line.
If anyone doesn't like this policy, please feel free to contact Titus, the owner of the board, and explain why slapping women is ok, or parody ads like "Subgay" are to be tolerated here.

Brad is right... I looked at the link too and didn't think anything of it at first but it does contain material that is not in line with our philosophy here. Recall that you agree, by using this site,

"...that you will not use this BB to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law."

I don't mean to sound harsh or anything. Just a friendly reminder. :smile:

Interestingly, on another board I frequent, questionable material was being posted regularly. A few people complained publically. A long discussion followed. The outcome was that there were more people in favour of posting whatever material they wanted, though none was as all around offensive as the link I most unfortunately did, as opposed it. The owner of the board took the side of the majority. His personal opinion of such material was that it was all in fun and was okay with him. He subsequently changed the rules of the board to include just about anything in the "General Discussion" forum.

I lost respect for that board's owner when the rules were changed.

Tony, I applaud your diligence in upholding the rules of the board. Keep up the good work in making this board a relatively inoffensive place to visit and exchange ideas. Thank you for pointing out my misjudgement. I made a mistake here that I will not repeat.
